request to all please invite other guys here to participate in debates and lets discuss some issues which may be asked in interview, non political only.

Hi all

(gABBAR, 2010-08-31 13:41)

This is gabbar here, the dreaded dacoit...

After the above mentioned strict instructions by the KSC management I have decided2 return2 the mainstream. Now I will avoid any disruptive activities but post only genuine comments, I hope that is acceptable.

Also in my genuine comments I may sometimes openly critisise some bloggers.I think healthy criticism is a part of any healthy discussion & that may be acceptable to all.

Also my name is changed from today. From "gabbar" it will now be "saint gabbar"

hi all,
the key to sustain indias economic growth wii be
1.removing the stagnation in agricultural growth which is just 2 to 3%.india has target higher agricultural growth.in this regard "special agricultural zones"establishment may be a good move, plus microfinance, scientific research, efficeint transport n storage,2nd green revolutiona and an increased MSP.

2.industrial nd service sector growth has to be sustained.this may be made possible by attrecting more of FII,n FDI,more of sez's,and liberal trade policy, alternative energy sources like green energy etc
3.the fiscal and budgetary deficit has to be kept to a minimum.
4.imparting skills to unskilled indian labour force this can be done by establishing more of ppolytechincs and vocational training instituitons.
5.good governance like e governance initiative.checking corruption and political stability.
6.flexible and effective monetary and fiscal policy measures.
this all i gave in brief.we can delibrate on every individual issue and highlight its significance.

regardin hike in mps salaries there are different opinions, sojme are of the opinion that salary should be hiked so that the mps,who are members of temple of democracy get a kinda of respect and good feeling.they have insisted on the fact that there salaries should be one rupee more than the cabinet secretary(symbolic)as cab secy are highest paid public figures.may be hike in salaries prevent corruption(im not sure that it can satisfy there greed for more n more).now mps will get near about 80 thousand rupees plus other allownaces and benefits.

MP Hike

(Rehan, 2010-08-30 13:28)

MP's deserve a decent pay hike..A two year experience software engineer e.g is getting 70k /month in india or a fresher from IIT Btech ILac /Month @age of 21 ..why an MP should get less .he is having as equivalent rank to Secratery to GOI in organisational chart and even he is getting lesser here also.....We should pay them well so that we will attract the best ,talented educated and sincere..A CEO of private sector gets crore of rupees for leading average of 50 thousand employees why not a MP who is CEO of around (1.2 billion/545) people...
Regarding corruption it is not MP's only who are corrupt whole society is corrupt..we shouldn't mix corruption and pay hike..I am for MP's pay hike.

Re: MP Hike

(dr fayyaz ganaie, 2010-08-30 13:35)

the pay hike is not an issue but as KSC wrote there should be some mechanism to decide over that the mps should not be seen demanding higher salaries..this seems to be derogatory!!plus these mpz should be made accountable for attendance, and quality of debates...!!you know off late the absence in parliament of mpz, there low quality debates has become so annoying.so pay hike must be linked with these things!!

We should log a complaint on jkgrievence.nic.in for Delay in results

(Rehan to fayaz ,kini ,Adv other serious candidates, 2010-08-29 11:17)

Hi All
We should log a complaint for Delay in Results ..it is directly monitored by CM's Secteriat.JKPSC has to reply to this complaint as per the grievence cell Norms..I have used Grievence cell for Bother's Scholarship case ,it worked well and left a positive impression on me and even i got call back from Ram Sevak (Deputy secratery CM Sectt). Please suggest...Instead of speculating for months we can get concrete answers from psc about results by using Grievence cell.we can create a forum by name "KAS aspirants and Log it "Fayaz/kini plz suggest.
